Daniela Santos reacts to alleged romance with Badoxa: "It's really very serious"

Daniela Santos spoke to reporters this week about her withdrawal from 'Big Brother Verão.' The dancer from TVI's 'Dancing with the Stars,' decided to leave the show on August 4th because she felt tired and refused to be involved in the love triangle that also included Catarina Miranda and Afonso Leitão.

After taking stock of her participation in the reality show and responding to those who called her unbalanced , admitting that she was just tired, Daniela Santos also agreed to address the most recent rumor in which she found herself involved.

After her romance with Afonso Leitão, which was revealed through a video in which they both appeared kissing at a party and which was later confirmed by both on 'BB Verão', the dancer has now been given another romantic partner.

There's been speculation recently about a possible relationship with singer Badoxa, whose real name is Edgar Silva Correia. The rumor arose after a video allegedly circulated on social media and in the press in which the dancer and musician were seen bonding backstage at a show.

"For God's sake! Badoxa shared this saying: OK, we've been found out, we have to admit it. But then he deleted it so as not to fuel [the rumor]," Daniela began, recalling her friend's recent reaction to the speculation.

" This is really serious. Badoxa is my brother. Badoxa is one of my best friends ," he said.

The musician and the dancer met while appearing on 'Dancing with the Stars'. Daniela was Badoxa's partner, and they've been inseparable ever since, with the dancer making several appearances at her friend's concerts, where they dance together.

The former 'BB Verão' contestant highlighted that she was friends with the singer's ex-wife and is now equally close to his new partner.

"He and Ricardo, who is his agent, are like brothers to me, they are family," he added, considering it normal, given the strong bond they have, for there to be moments of hugs and exchanges of affection.

"If you go see the concerts where I dance with him, you'll see that we have love for each other, but it's brotherly love. There's nothing between me and Badoxa, there never was, there never will be. We're family," he said.

"Afonso, yes [there was a relationship]. Badoxa, no. All the other [suitors] who mentioned me, no. Yes, we have this intimacy of hugs, of kisses. He really is family to me, but he has someone . The person went to my son's baptism with him, so that's not a possibility," he added, completely denying the rumor.

Finally, Daniela Santos added that it was precisely Badoxa who sent her one of the most beautiful messages of support and strength she received when she decided to give up on 'Big Brother Verão'.

A week after quitting 'Big Brother Verão,' Daniela Santos made a public comeback. The dancer from TVI's 'Dancing with the Stars,' spoke to reporters about all the controversies surrounding her.
